My name is Matthew Munoz and I'm originally from Buffalo, NY. I moved to the Finger Lakes region about six years ago now. Fitness has always been a priority to me. Over the last few years I really wanted to focus on the science-based aspect of training. At the beginning of this year I enrolled in the National Academy of Sports Medicine to further my knowledge, and became certified as a NASM-CPT & nutritionist in May. As a new trainer I am very enthusiastic to help others achieve their fitness goals — with proven science-based methods and my own personal experience, I believe I can help you achieve the results you're looking for.
